Hey you!
I know daylight savings time may be kicking your cute booty a little bit today and a lot tomorrow, so I wanted to make sure you a few tools to help with your week. As you focus on the positive, old habits will show you how long they take to die out. Having less sleep may cause you to feel impatient and grumpy, which could distract you in our goal of eliminating negative thinking for LENT.
The book that started my shift:
The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer.
The video that blew my mind:
Everything is Spiritual by Rob Bell.
The podcast that excites my spirit:
In order for me to go with the flow of life with the least amount of resistance, I fill my cup with like-minded teachers and stories that encourage me to float in peace and not drown in anxieties.
The ebb and flow of life, the up and down, back and forth, give and take, push and pull, this is the rhythm of life. It’s a necessary process to prevent a stagnant existence and promote the evolution of our Superhero selves.
As a new day rolls in, do your best to exercise patience for yourself, in situations, and with others. Remember who really are and tell yourself, I am working on my good!
Love you more,
Jules
