Breathing Room: Session 01
In this Zoom event you’ll learn how to:
• Create the space you need to feel centered and balanced and recharged.
• Tap into your senses and inner wisdom.
• Support yourself as you grow and become more in tune with yourself.
• Recreate the same feeling of comfort anywhere and any time you need a breather.
• Build stronger inner trust, self-resilience, and compassion.
Connect with and feel the force of a collective group of other like-minded-people looking to develop their personal practice and discover their greater purpose, too.
Work with a guide that remembers what you are and doesn’t care who you are or what you’ve done. Reminding you of your wholeness, worthiness, and oneness. Reminding you that everything including the answers you need waits for you there, in your inner heart. Reminding you to be gentle with yourself as you grow.
This live event will include the step-by-step process of creating your own space to breathe anywhere, a guided meditation, Q&A with Jules, and you’ll hear a special message from our Co-Founder, Josh, on why having breathing room is important for everyone.
