Hey there,

How's your day going today? I asked another friend and here's what happend:

           Me: "How was your day today?" 
          Friend: "Mondays should be illegal."

Ouch.

If this how you're feelin' about your day too, I wrote and recorded a guided prayer - or meditation depending on which word you like better - for any time you find yourself feeling overwhelmed.

During this meditation, we take time to rest.

Leaving all the to-do’s and obligations at the door, we tap into peace to recharge and refocus our minds and hearts. Use this guide to alleviate:

  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Fatigue
  • Anger
  • Fear

By giving yourself a break, you'll feel relief and maybe even deal with that person who’s currently driving you crazy(!) with more patience.

My prayer is that this meditation helps you remember that we’re all in this together as you recharge.  Sit with me and let’s let go together.
